Bowling Tip # 5: Use both hands to remove your bowling ball from the return.
Keep your body, especially your wrists, in tip top shape by being aware of how you handle your bowling ball. Something as simple as using two hands instead of one to retrieve your bowling ball from the return can reduce wrist strain, prevent your fingers from swelling, and aid against lower back muscle injury.
Do it with TWO hands.
Bowling Tip # 4: Sliding too much? Loosen your laces
It sounds too good to be true. The fact is, some of your bowling ability relies on the hardware you use and how you use it. Your shoes and your laces are a part of your equipment. If you are sliding too much, your laces might be a bit too tight. Loosen them. If you are sliding too little, tighten your laces.

Bowling Tip # 3: Your first step should be your best step.
You’ve heard the saying, “put your best foot forward.” This is especially true in bowling. Therefore, always make your first step your best step.
